The National sport day celebrates sport in the broadest sense, from children’s first steps on sports fields to top sports achievements in the biggest competitions, and above all emphasizes the importance of regular physical activity for the health and well-being of all of us.

On this day, we put on sneakers, inflate the balls, turn the pedals, unfold the yoga mats, indulge in a dive and much more. September 23 counts just about every form of physical activity! This is a day on which every Slovene man and woman expresses their attitude towards sports with their physical activity, an attitude towards that social activity that has many positive effects: strengthens health, educates, promotes positive values and connects
Slovenia.
