Summary

The Flying Disc Inclusion programme is an initiative based on five commitments:

  • Increasing participation of underrepresented racial, ethnic and socioeconomic populations
  • Lowering financial barriers to participation in ultimate
  • Increasing participation of women and LGBTQIA+ ultimate athletes
  • Providing resources to help create inclusive team environments and Decreasing avenues in which bias can affect the spirit of the Game

Aim/Mission

The aim is to value the contributions and perspectives that a truly diverse community provides to our sport and its culture. Equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) are critical to the integrity of our sport. Furthermore it aims to be committed to increasing access to and participation in the sport, particularly amongst youth in underrepresented communities.

  2. Share your story about your experiences in ultimate with the larger community.
