On June 26, TAFISA organised a two-hour Drop-In Session for participants from multiple capacity building programs, including the INTERACT+ project, to provide a space for discussion, networking, and experience-sharing.
Participants from the TAFISA Certified Leadership Courses, the INTERACT+ project, and the Women Leadership Programme were joined by trainers and representatives of the host organisations in an informal online setting with engaging panel discussions, insightful testimonials, and relevant best practices in the field of Sport for All initiatives and capacity building.
It was a platform for participants to share their ideas, reflections, and experience to express how being part of these programmes has shaped their leadership journeys, strengthened the community empowerment, and influenced their personal goals towards the common vision of Sport for All. The session also updated attendees on the future developments and opportunities of the programs and encouraged them to stay connected to fellow participants as they progress in the next steps of their involvement with TAFISA and the INTERACT+ project.
